Overview
At Cydnar, your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not entirely pleased with your Ultimate Posture Corrector™, please review our policy on refunds and returns.

Return Window
You have 90 days from the date of your purchase to return the Ultimate Posture Corrector™.

Return Conditions

  • The Ultimate Posture Corrector™ must be returned in its original packaging, with any accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when received, unused and free from wear and tear.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may incur a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return

  • Email Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at cydnarhelp@yahoo.com. Include your order number, name, and reason for the return.
  • Receive Return Authorization: We will assess your return request and send you a Return Authorization with further instructions.
  • Ship the Product: You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Use a traceable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, reach out to us at cydnarhelp@yahoo.com.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These include sale items and products purchased with a discount code.
